Expertise: cancer biology and signal transduction

Naphat is interested in signal transduction in cancers, focusing on the roles mTOR signaling pathway in migration and invasion of cancer cells. Together with Chulalongkorn University Systems Biology research unit (CUSB), our goal is to apply quantitative proteomic approaches to the investigation of protein interaction partners that are specifically involved with mTOR complexes.
